Need a thoughtful gift fast?

A Song-Cho e-gift "card" 🎁 lets them select exactly what they want in person at any of our Singapore showrooms (valid for in-store purchases only).

You will receive a confirmed email with unique Invoice Number (TA-xx-123456) upon order placement and confirmed successful payment. Simply forward the email to anyone you wish to gift it to, simple and zero fuss. The person just need to bring the email (hard or digital copy) to any of our local showrooms and make their purchases within the validity period.

Order Placement Guide

• Select the desired amount and check-out. *Note: Each order amount has to be used in a single transaction, no split payment is allowed.
• Under Delivery Date, you may choose any dates. We will confirmed the order upon successful payment via email. *Note: Paypal transaction may take 3 to 5 workdays.
• NOTE: Any PWP items selected upon check-out needs to be self-collected at our Mapex showroom (37 Jalan Peimimpin #01-08 S577184; 10am to 7pm), we regret for any inconvenience caused.

Terms & Conditions

1. The amount indicated is inclusive of GST (upon check-out).
2. The email received with Invoice Number (TA-xx-123456) printed upon order placement (and payment) is the “e-gift card”. Only email with Invoice Number (TA-xx-123456) printed is valid for use at our showrooms. Order Number (EO-xx-123456) is not a valid number for redemption.
3. The total amount in a single order needs to be fully redeemed in a single transaction, no split payment is allowed. If you prefer to use your amount separately, please place a new order.
4. Please note that for PayPal payment, it may take about 3 to 5 workdays for payment to be processed, thus, you may only receive the email with Invoice Number (TA-xx-123456) a few days later. 
5. The “e-gift card” can only be used at Song-Cho showrooms in Singapore, not valid on Eshop.
6. The “e-gift card” is valid for 6 months from the Invoice Date printed on the order. No extension of validity is allowed.
7. The “e-gift card” is non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash/credit-in-kind.
8. Any unconsumed value shall be forfeited.
9. The “e-gift card” will not be replaced in event of loss, theft or damage.
10. The “e-gift card” may be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless otherwise indicated.
11. Song-Cho reserves the right to vary and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
12. In the event of a dispute, the management reserves the final rights.
